In an emerging economy, the development of conventional and innovative entrepreneurship represents a topic of high interest and the object of many politics and reforms. The goal of this paper is to analyse the international financing instruments of innovation, in the context of reformation of the national financing system of innovative entrepreneurship. Using analytic and deductive methods, were underlined the most relevant financing mechanisms which can be institutionalized and implemented in Republic of Moldova. |
