| Rezumat | ||||||
The article considers the ways of development of cultures of national minorities in Ukraine. The most important of them include cross-cultural and cross-regional dialogues learning native languages in educational institutions, ethno-regional cultural activities. The author concludes that the key principle in the formation of ethnic policy of Ukraine, contributing to the development of national minority cultures, is able to prevent conflict situations is the recognition of multi-ethnicity and multiculturalism of the Ukrainian society and the consideration of this fact as values. |
