В статье освещаются установленные законами РМ сроки, их виды и юридические последствия несоблюдения этих сроков. Актуальность темы обусловлена не только неоправданно быстрой сменой законов, регулирующих сроки, их виды и порядок их исчисления, но и противоречиями между отдельными нормами этих законов, а также явно недостаточным, комплексным освещением в юридической литературе установленных законами сроков.

Articolul cuprinde termenii stabiliţi de legislaţia Republicii Moldova, tipurile şi consecinţele juridice ale nerespectării acestor termeni. Relevanţa subiectului se datorează nu numai schimbării nejustificat de rapide a legilor care reglementează termenii, tipurilor lor şi procedurii de calcul al acestora, ci şi contradicţiile dintre normele individuale ale acestor legi, precum şi acoperirea evidentă insuficientă a literaturii juridice a legilor stabilite.

The article covers the terms established by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, their types and legal consequences of non-compliance with these terms. The relevance of the topic is due not only to the unjustifiably rapid change of laws regulating the terms, their types and the procedure for calculating them, but also the contradictions between the individual norms of these laws, as well as the obviously insufficient comprehensive coverage in the legal literature of the terms established by the laws.
