Rezumat

The purpose of human life can be defined as an increase as close as possible to the model of human nature, in an optimal way, becoming fully what it is potentially towards wellbeing. The purpose of this paper is to develop a creative sublimation strategy accessible to all those who aspire to optimize their well-being. "Creative sublimation", even if it defines a phrase taken from Freudian psychoanalysis, is found in the roots of humanist philosophy, through ethical, aesthetic, intellectual considerations regarding the ideal of placing man on the highest stage of his becoming. Sublimation involves paying attention to the intrapsychic tension and the conflict that is required to be sublimated. According to Freud, the fundamental sources of anxiety are considered the first psycho-sexual calamities: separation and castration, specific to the oral phase, respectively the anal phase in early childhood. In existential psychology there is no dependence on a certain model of development, it means to think not how someone came to be what he is but that he is, the present time being the main time of therapy. Conflict arises from the confrontation of the individual with the data of existence. Existential psychotherapy deals with four fundamental worries: death, freedom, isolation, and meaninglessness. Conflicts can be identified using: meditation, hypnosis, dreams, insights into crucial experiences, interpreting the symbolism of artistic creations, and psychotic speech. The methodological approach of working through psychotherapy and biofeedback and bioresonance therapy is trans-disciplinary, unifying: semiological, ontological, Kantian, hermeneutic, metaphysical.
