Rezumat

Teacher’s self-awareness has effect on the attitude to his activities and motivation. Self-awareness develops in professional activities and relationships with the subjects of pedagogical activity. Professional competence is associated with the teacher’s personality and his self-attitude. The style of pedagogical activity depends on the characteristics of the teacher’s self-awareness.
