The article presents the results of a qualitative analysis of honey purchased in the market of the town of Komrat. Bee honey turned out to be one of the most complex biological products, in which more than 70 substances necessary for the human body were found. In connection with the expansion of the market and the range of honey from domestic and foreign producers, research on the quality of this product is becoming increasingly important. |
