Rezumat

This article presents the results of a study on the establishment of the laws of distribution of the values of average daily temperatures and ambient air velocities in the northern agro-climatic zone of Transnistria in the period 2014-2021 during the storage seasons of fruits and vegetables, when the average daily outdoor ambient temperature does not exceed the established limit for the storage of fruit and vegetable products. The establishment of the laws of the distribution of temperatures and air velocities is necessary for further calculation of the parameters of the use of ice storage facilities and natural cold installations (accumulators with water) for storing fruits and vegetables, as well as the duration of ice freezing in the ice storage facility. The article presents the results of the application of mathematical modeling methods for the studied time intervals, the distribution laws of these meteorological data are found.
