Rezumat

This article presents the results of a study on the calculation of the parameters of natural cold installations (accumulators with water) and ice storage facilities for storing fruits and vegetables in the northern agro-climatic zone of Transnistria. The values of the duration of use of natural cold installations, the duration of use of ice storage facilities or refrigeration units, as well as the duration of freezing of ice in the ice storage are found. For this purpose, the laws of temperature distribution during the fruit and vegetable storage season are used, when the outdoor air temperature does not exceed the established temperature norm for storing fruit and vegetable products (not higher than +14 0C).
