This article represent a study of military service influence on the development of young recruits personality whom are enlisted in National Army. The period of military service are between 18 – 21 years, which can be classified like the last sublevel of the teenage period – the late adolescence (20 – 25 years), which from the psychological and social point of view are one of the basic period in human personality becoming, the young people cross the levels which are very important for reaching bio-physiological maturity. The process of psychological maturing of young soldiers is a complicated one, and depend on many factors: military environment with its specific conditions, the psychological structure of personality. Soldier’s fight capacity is reflected in physical aggression but it is less developed during the military service and more is developed self-aggression which have a negative influence on the soldier’s militancy development.
