This article presents the results of a study on the establishment of the laws of temperature distribution in the northern agroclimatic zone of Transnistria in the period 2014-2019 during the seasons of fruit and vegetable storage, when the average daily outdoor air temperature does not exceed the established limit for the storage of horticultural products. The establishment of temperature distribution laws is necessary for further calculation of the parameters of the use of ice storage facilities and natural cold storage facilities (water accumulators) for storing fruits and vegetables, as well as the duration of ice freezing in the ice storage facility. The article presents the results of the application of statistical and mathematical modeling methods for the time intervals under study, and the laws of temperature distribution are found.

В данной статье приводятся результаты исследования по установлению законов распределения температур атмосферного воздуха по северной агроклиматической зоне Приднестровья в период 2014-2019 гг. в течение сезонов хранения фруктов и овощей, когда среднесуточная наружная температура воздуха не превышает установленную предельную норму для хранения плодоовощной продукции. Установление законов распределения температур атмосферного воздуха необходимо для дальнейшего расчета параметров использования льдохранилищ и установок естественного холода (аккумуляторов с водой) для хранения фруктов и овощей, а также продолжительности намораживания льда в льдохранилище.
