It is well known prominent role of legumes in the human diet. According to the economic importance of legumes are second after cereals. The seeds of legumes are a component oldest in the rate of food all the time and almost worldwide. Legume seeds are rich in protein and simultaneously have a high content of starch, minerals (with a predominance of phosphorus and potassium), vitamins (especially B group and PP). |
