This research has like the starting point, the importance of understanding significance of the concept of sustainable development, as it is designed and applied whereas in the current climate is particularly relevant – the purpose envisaged is the con-nection to the new philosophy of sustainable development, characteristic of the European Union, inclusively consacrated to the worldwide, targeting to setting up a new development paradigm by weighting the economic, environmental and social factors.
Even if there have been a great number of progresses, our country still ―benefit‖ an economy overly centered on intensive consumption of resources, on a society and an administration still in search of a shared vision and on a natural capitals under the risk of serious damages which may become irreversible for future generations.
Together with the adoption and the implementation of the principles and practices of sustainable development, must to regained im-portant gaps; today, we are in the bottom of the list of European countries, both as regards the economic situation, but mostly the sa-tisfaction over the standard of living of the population. The sustainable development is consider to becoming a national perspective.
