| Rezumat | ||||||
The responsability of local administration is not reducing only to the mission to offer cheap, quality services to citizens but it is amplified regarding all immediate aspects regarding the life quality of the citizens. Ideally it would be if local authorities would understand the importance and the role of citizens in the good functioning of public authorities, and to adopt a policy of attracting the citizens in civic activities. Also, the above mentioned institutions has to take into account the proposals and initiatives that came from the members of the communities, to discuss them, to vote and in some cases to apply them. |
