Rezumat | ||||||
The inhibitory effect of Jinmiao Target, a water - soluble fertilizer containing amino acids, on Orobanche cumana Wallr. parasitism was studied under different application conditions and parasitism stages. The browning rate reached 100% at 15 days of foliar spraying with 1:1 000 and 1:2 000 dilutions before nodules were formed. Browning decreased to 71% ~ 96% at 15 days of foliar spraying with three diluted solutions when nodules were formed. The browning rate of nodules reached to100% after five days of root irrigation with a 1:1 000 diluted solution before nodules were formed and only a day with 1 :1 000 and 1 : 2 000 dilutions if nodules had already formed. Mass inhibition by any application method was more effective before the formation of O. cumana nodules than when nodules and young stems were formed. However, the inhibition of root by irrigation on the parasite of O. cumana was better than that of foliarspraying with solution diluted to the same multiple the at any stage of the parasitization. |
