Rezumat

Using the Cubo formula the electric conductivity of size-quantized systems (quantum wells, nanowires) are calculated taking into account the scattering processes carrier on the interface roughness in a magnetic field. The mobility dependence for the degenerated and nondegenerate size-quantized systems on a magnetic field is investigated. The dependence of electrical conductivity and chemical potential taking into account the processes of scattering of carriers on roughnesses of a surface from magnitude and a magnetic field direction is studied; basic distinction of behavior of relative electrical conductivity in longitudinal magnetic field from behavior in cross-section magnetic field is marked.
