Rezumat | ||||||
The general psycho-emotional state of well-being and the antipode of occupational stress and emotional burning, in the employee's career, are called professional balance. The aim of the psychosocial training “Anchoring the Professional Balance State” was to increase the level of well-being at the workplace. As a result of this psycho-social intervention, a positive Cohen effect has been achieved on the professional balance axes "I-I", "I-Profession" and "I-Environment", where the algorithm and the way of interpretation of the data are to be analyzed in this article. |
