Human security policyhas to be promoted in the current Covid-19 pandemic as an appropriateresponse to this global challenge. It must bebased on bioethical principles and methodology. Thispolicy of humansecurity must become a basic component of the comprehensive policy of social modernization world wide and in the Republic of Moldova, because the Covid-19 pandemic isnotonly a security challenge, but also a great opportunity to reformand modernize human society. The societyin the Republic of Moldova alsohas a pressin gneedtoover come the global crisis in general, and toovercome the current Covid-19 pandemic in particular, in ordertoovercomeall the human security problems it has accumulated throughout its recent history. |
