Background. The study of metabolism parameters in chronic viral hepatitis (CVH) HBV, HCV, HBV + HCV is of interest in the evolution of liver disease. Objective of the study. Evaluation of ceruloplasmin (acute inflammatory phase glycoprotein), cholesterol (cell membrane sterol with immune regulatory functions) and ALT enzyme levels in blood serum of patients with CVH. Material and Methods. 138 patients with HCV were investigated, divided into 3 groups: I - 58 patients (p.) With CVH HBV etiology, II - 69p. with CVH HCV, III - 11 p. with CVH HBV + HCV. Results. Evaluation of obtained data showed increased ALT values in all patients: 88,32 ± 10,38, 122,4 ± 9,78, 156 ± 32,16 IU/l (p˂0,01, p˂0,01, p˂0,01), compared to the control group (CG) – 20,4 ± 1,4 U / l. The ceruloplasmin level showed in group I 355,6 ± 8,4 mg/l (p˂0,05), II – 354,0 ± 8,0 mg/l (p˂0.05), III – 354,16 ± 7.8 mg/l (p˂ 0,05), compared to 344,4 ± 5,6 mg/l in LC a plateau form, possibly caused by impaired hepatic synthesis function. Cholesterol levels in groups I and II were significantly increased 4,5 ± 0.4 mmol/l, 4,34 ± 0.3 mmol / l (p˂0,05, p˂ 0,05), being lower, but abnormal in group III - 3,9 ± 0.14 mmol/l (p˂ 0,05), compared to LC – 3,5 ± 0,15 mmol/l. Conclusion. Serum ceruloplasmin and cholesterol levels undulation in patients with chronic viral hepatitis may serve as markers of liver dysfunction, dysmetabolism, and chronic hepatic inflammatory process. |

Evaluarea nivelului ceruloplasminei (glicoproteină de fază inflamatorie acută), colesterolului (sterolul membranei celulare cu funcții reglatorii imune) enzimului ALT în serul sanguin la pacienții cu HVC. Material și Metode. Au fost investigați 138 de bolnavi cu HVC, divizați în 3 loturi: I – 58 pacienți (p.) cu HVC etiologie HBV, II – 69p. cu HVC HCV, III – 11 p. cu HVC HBV+HCV. Rezultate. Studierea datelor obținute a evidențiat valori majorate ale ALT la toți pacienții: 88,32±10,38, 122,4±9,78, 156±32,16 UI/l (p˂0,01, p˂0,01, p˂0,01), comparativ cu lotul de control (LC) – 20,4±1,4 U/l. Nivelul ceruloplasminei a constituit în lotul I 355,6±8,4 mg/l (p˂0,05), II – 354,0±8,0 mg/l (p˂0,05), III – 354,16±7,8 mg/l (p˂ 0,05), comparativ cu 344,4±5,6 mg/l în LC, prezentând forma plato, posibil cauzat de afectare funcției de sinteză hepatice. Nivelul colesterolului în lotul I și II a fost veridic crescut 4,5±0,4mmol/l, 4,34±0,3 mmol/l (p˂0.05, p˂ 0,05), fiind mai jos, dar anormal în lotul III-3,9±0,14mmol/l (p˂ 0,05), comparativ cu LC - 3,5±0,15mmol/l. Concluzii.
