The article explains the necessity of government support of users of land, mastering of agricultural and food policy of both developed and developing countries. The work provides four main principles of government support of agricultural producers: external trade arguments dealing with revenues in agriculture and development of rural areas as well as environmental arguments. Finally the forms and methods as well as economic levers of government regulation are presented. |
