Rezumat | ||||||
The author reviewed the main approaches to the definition of "strategy", its main characteristics and components. The article highlights the main levels of development strategies, such as corporate strategy, business unit strategy, operational strategy. Particular attention is paid to marketing strategy and marketing innovation strategy as innovations form the most competitive advantage of any organization. |
