Rezumat

Studied influence of different factors on the amount of somatic cells, fat, protein, lactose and dry remain in milk of cows Red-and-White dairy breed. Significant influence of bulls is determined on the display of subclinical form of mastitis for cows – 10,4-11%. In an experience farm «Niva» significant influence of factor is determined «group of milkmaid» on the display of subclinical form of mastitis – ηx 2 = 0,06(р<0,001). Animals with subclinical mastitis yielded to the healthy animals on quality composition of milk. A maintenance of dairy fat, for healthy animals, higher on 23%, lactose on 19,1%, also on 12% higher maintenance of dry remain. There is maintenance of dairy fat in the second farm, for healthy animals, higher on 16%, lactose on 21%, maintenance of dry remain on 14%. It is not set reliable influence of the grade productivity on morbidity of mammary gland
