Rezumat

The aim of this work was the analysis of semen of Holstein bulls on carriers CV and BL alleles assess their origin and determination of parameters of milk productivity of cows of carriers and none-carriers CV mutation. The article presents a definition of what is the genetic genealogy, and briefly presents the materials and methods of research. In the results of studies have shown that bull Plombir 998, is carrier of two mutations CV and BL (CVM - Complex Vertebral Malformation, causing a range of abnormalities of the spine and leukocyte adhesion deficiency BLAD - Bovine Leukocyte Adhesion Deficiency). The work presents the regions where used his semen. Genealogy analysis showed the evidence that his all ancestors on the paternal side participated in the creation of the Holstein breed. There are materials concerning the genealogy of the bulls - carriers CV allele. Total found 5 bulls-carriers CV allele, but in the breeding network of the Russian Federation were used only two: the Kubok 1459 and the Codec 1452. Differences in the number of days of lactation, the yield of milk, percent of milk fat and protein, between the two farms, not connected with the carriers of CV allele.
