In the present research, we tend to develop some specifi c suggestions to improve the tensioned situation in the Republic of Moldova, basing on the examination of the historical documents, the constitutions and legislation of the USSR, of the Soviet Socialist Republic of Moldova, of the Republic of Moldova and some European countries, of the scientifi c works of the predecessor authors and the political and judicial experience, gained by some states on the regulating of the legal status of the minorities communities. Also, we intend to contribute with some proposals (recommendations) to create a necessary legislative support, on the one hand, facilitating the development of the natural unimpeded security of the Republic of Moldova and of its constituent ethnicity. And, on the other hand, it would create the legal environment, a favorable one to preservation and development of the mother tongues and national cultures of the national (ethnic) groups’ members.
