The monitoring of telegraph and electronic communications connections is one of the special investigative measures that can only be carried out in the framework of criminal prosecution and only with the judge's authorization. At the same time, the legislator provided not only a number of special investigative measures with an analogous documentary object, but also classic proofing procedures. The reason why, besides analyzing the special measure of investigation itself, we set out to debate these situations by highlighting the positive aspects and not only. |
