Microfinancing is alternative source of credit. The specificity of this sector are the customers toward who these institutions are oriented represented by small and medium enterprises the category which is mostly exposed the difficulty of accessing financing. Information technologies play a key role in microfinancing process. The objective of this research is to study the particularities of information technologies in the microfinance process and to develop it, based on the elaboration of intelligent computer systems, adapted to the conditions necessary for efficient data processing. Highlighting the advantages and disadvantages of implementing automated credit offering systems in microfinance companies. Based on the analysis, it was found that the computer technologies in the financial field, especially in the microfinance department, play a vital role in the economic activity, as it facilitates the systematization, collection, identification, recording of customer data and assessment of its material status. At the same time, they make efficient the generation of information reports to substantiate subsequent decisions |
