Rezumat | ||||||
The influence of barley stripe mosaic virus and gamma irradiation on calusogenesis in barley immature embryos have been established. Deviation registered in the calusogenesis capacity were depended on genotype, culture medium and doses of radiation. The induced effect was not signifi cant for alone viral infection. In the same time the interaction of virus, applied dose of radiation, culture medium caused some changes in calusogenesis frequency rate with a level 99,9%. |
