The work presented by the authors consists of legislative and theoretical base of questions, regarding the Commission Agreement. The Treaty Commission is one of the most frequently used agreements of purchase and sale of products and services. Under the agreement the parties may carry out the commission interaction, which is characteristic of market relations. A distinctive feature of the commission agreement is the ability to transfer assets of the principal commissioner for some time, not counted among the assets to the profit of the commission and not providing for accrual of interest for the time that these assets are in commission. The work enlightens different points of view concerning this problem. The article corresponds to the operating norms of the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova.
