In recent decades, one of the key issues of companies producing knowledge is the manner in which consumers will respond to various stimuli that will use them to achieve their ultimate goal and the biggest possible profit. Study of consumer behavior has become a concern because they can marketers learn how customers choose their goods and services required to meet multiple needs, which are stimuli, factors influencing their choice. |
