The paper analyses the subsidizing policy in the Republic of Moldova during the years 2006-2012. For the given research were utilized the data of the allocated subsidies in this period provided by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry, as well as the Agency on Interventions and Payments in Agriculture. During the analyzed period the amount of allocated subsidies to the agricultural sector increased. Nevertheless, there are different unsolved problems related to issues as: the transparency of the allocated subsidies, bureaucracy related to the subsidies allocation to farmers, the instability of the subsidizing directions, and the absence of monitoring the efficiency of utilized subsidies. |
