Subventions, as a form of supporting the agricultural producers are widely used in the world modern economy. The use of them is specific to highly developed countries, where the subvention level for agriculture constitutes 25-30% of the amount of material expenses, calculated for one surface unit. In poor countries the subvention level is close to zero. That is why, the agricultural products proceeded from them are not competitive on the external markets, nor on the internal anis of the poor countries. For the development of Moldova's economy, the agricultural sector plays crucial role, a leading role having the improvement of the subsidizing system as a key instrument for economic growth and improvement of living standards for the rural population.
