This article aims to point out, without exhausting the subject, the track of commercial law, as a branch of law, starting from the interwar period up to the present. The approach is made in light of the concept of exchange economy, marked by commercial relations, which have outlined some customs of these legal relationships, which were then converted to regulations. At the same time, the study emphasizes the idea of the political context, of the change of political regimes which have had an impact on commercial law as a branch of law. |
