Rezumat

Executive power is defined as a separate function of the state, along with the legislative and judicial function. The contents of this feature include the specific duties that make the subject of activity of public authorities to be distinct, such as: defining the general policy of the country, drafting the necessary laws to realize this policy, the adoption of necessary legal acts and individual law enforcement, decisions needed to run public services, undertaking physical performance measures in terms of public policy, the territorial arrangement of the armed forces and those of policy and management of international relations.
