Power is the capacity, ownership, physical, moral, intellectual, political, military, and economic ability to impose its will to the people or nature. Depending on the subject holding the power, the used means and subject to exercise thereof, can be distinguished as: political power, state power, military power, economic power etc.. State power is achieved through specific means, including force of coercion, authority, functions and civil servants in a system of laws.
