| Rezumat | ||||||
Right, understood as a consistent set of binding rules of conduct, and state is a product of social development. Legal, right is formed in the organized society as a regulator of social relations. Human activity can be regarded as being governed by a complex system of rules. In the organization and functioning of a society, law is the instrument that gives order, discipline and at the same time, ensuring safety and stability in general. |
