Transparency is a democratic principle, which occurred first in developed civil societies and is one of the most remarkable consequences of amplification of pressure and social control over public administration bodies. In the contemporary epoch the claims of transparency are explained by important changes occurring in social mentality, people do not want to be driven without understanding the purposes and motivations of the administration |
