| Rezumat | ||||||
Volunteering helps youth to develop their leadership and comunication skills and to build strong characters and beliefs, to have more choices. Youth volunteering builds knowledge and capacities that can facilitate access to employment. This article demonstrates that through volunteering purposes are reached and the contents of the intelectual, moral, civic, patriotic education are realised as well as the new educations. In order to develop the educational field, volunteering harnessing is recomended. This will determine the high level of youth education in order to face the current society needs. Volunteering contributes to the formation of the true factors of change and development |
