Rezumat | ||||||
The society always issues regarding judgments where a person is age appropriate for something - and when he is too old. Age is finally one of the fundamental social skills for human perception, social interaction useful concept, but also a powerful factor of discrimination on the labor market, especially in human resources recruitment stage. Discrimination on the grounds of age in recruitment of human resources is a social problem which is important not only for reasons of academic interest but for social reasons that have a strong impact on the labor market and economic development of the country. |
