<cfAbstr cfLangCode='UK' cfTrans='o'><p>&nbsp;У статті автор узагальнює наукові підходи, присвячені пошукам найбільш оптимальної класифікаційної моделі примусових заходів галузей публічно-правового блоку, виокремлює та аналізує основні форми прояву конституційно-правового, кримінально-правового, адміністративно-правового примусу. Автором запропоновано класифікувати заходи примусу у службовому праві України за такими критеріями: 1) фактичні підстави та мета застосування (пропонується у подальших дослідженнях зазначеного правового явища використовувати як базові); 2) за характером відносин між особою, що застосовує примус, та особою, щодо якої застосування відбувається; 3) за об&rsquo;єктами впливу.</p></cfAbstr>
