Rezumat | ||||||
This article aims to highlight the role of the process of training of civil servants – socio-humanistic training of civil servants, as at present, when democratization of society represents a primary social value, the problem of preparing professional cadres for all spheres of social life-political, economic and cultural imperative becomes a time. In the transition period from a perspective totally changed regarding the human qualities and of life, from the perspective of the affirmation of new social values it is necessary to elaborate a new concept, a new vision of social ethics and conveţuirii on the role of civilized behavior in relationships between people, on the preparation of conceptual, social-political and cultural, including civil servants. |
