Governments around the world are beginning to adapt their services according to the new requirements and expectations of citizens, using increasingly more innovative information technologies in the current activity. Such governments become more efficient, smarter and better able to meet the challenges of time. Republic of Moldova is also included in this process. For our country, in the digitization of public service, priority is given to the services required by citizens and businesses, and services needed reforms and European integration. Implementation of e-government services requires cooperation between public authorities and their interconnection automated information systems in a unified information space. Only in this way will successfully implement e-government in the Republic of Moldova, which will ensure the modernization process of decision-making, transparency and provision of e-government services that are more operational and
effective in comparison with those traditionally provided. |
