Of all the problems of ensuring stability in the economic development of countries in transition in the foreground stands out: the restructuring of foreign trade to make effective use of comparative advantages in the global division of labor, determine attractive segment at the subregional and regional integration; radical change of policy of attracting foreign capital into the country as a home base in the actual recovery of the national economy, development of employment strategies in European and world economic circuit. |
