Lexical entry of the borrowed elements is a normal process of language development. However, there are some situations when various reasons are entered in the language of superfluous words. The occurrence of such words, called barbarism, not a necessity for every language, these words do not lead to its enrichment, but on the contrary. Words borrowed from other languages, its place in our language when we are able to express their own language means a sense or semantic nuance. Contemporary Romanian language neologisms are very diverse, but come mainly from classical languages - Greek and Latin - from the Romance languages - especially French - from Russian and German languages - German and English. Like any loan, requiring a specific contact between the Romanian and language of origin, namely the existence of situations of bilingualism, a number of bilingual speakers meant to provide a strong enough contact, a social climate culturally and linguistically appropriate to ensure the introduction of foreign words in Romanian.
