Rezumat

The bank, at present constitutes a complex system, adaptive, which has well defined and exerts functions with a view to the satisfaction of the client necessities. In the present paper there has been made an analysis of the Informational Systems of two banks: the national Bank of Moldova and Saving Bank. Modalities have been proposed for perfection and development of the Informational Systems, in concordance with the new objectives and modalities of unfolding of the banking activities, at the same time, with trends that are manifesting themselves on the international plan with a view to the integration of the banking system in the European Union. In the paper the following aims have been studied: the analysis of the Informational Systems of two banks of Republic of Moldova and the expression of the opinions concerning the improvement and the development of the Informational System. Among the resources and possibilities of the bank, information and computer science play a strategic role. Combining these two elements is forming the Informational System that becomes one of the strategic necessities of all the banks. An informational banking system should be conceived that the automats to have a bigger set of the current operations of the bank, and to assure the strategic, tactic and operational information necessary to the decisive process.
