Rezumat

This paper aims to present novel data of reaction system Pd2+ - 2,6 diaminotoluene, which was studied by pH-metric, chemical, thermal, IR and RMN methods, when is confirmed the presence of two addend molecules in the first coordination sphere, as monochlorhidrate (HL+Cl-), among two water molecules. It is therefore formed a nonelectrolytical lemon-yellow complex, little soluble in water and in most organic solvents, with the molecular formula [Pd(LHCl)2(H2O)2], conflrmed by thermal analysis, IR and NMR spectroscopy, having 1st reaction order and the activation energy of 186,5 kJ/mol, for the main thermal process in the temperature range 238,5-310°C.
