Human resources are one of the basic instruments in well operation of the health systems. One of the major problems in Human resources management is missing of the Human resources database and operative information about their mobility. The implementing of the IT based system of the Human resources evidence will be very helpful in management and planning of Human resources in health. It seems to be necessary to equip with computers the offices of Human resources workers and trained them. |
