| Rezumat | ||||||
International projects and programs have become the most effective tools in achieving all institutions’ objectives regardless of the field of activity and of their level. Their importance is also dictated by the fact that projects have become the subject of study of scientific disciplines, the central role of them being occupied by the management of projects. For developing countries such as Moldova, they have a crucial strategic role given the fact that most foreign financial assistance is provided by donors through international projects and programs. |
