The meaning of any company, including the tourism industry, is largely determined by the human factor, and its effectiveness is determined by the behavior of individuals within it. Highly qualified staff becomes one of the essential factors for the successful development of tourism activities and for ensuring a high level of services expected by tourists. Activities in the tourism industry include occupations in various sectors such as accommodation, provisioning, recreation, transportation, souvenir trading, tour operators, and travel agencies. Thus, tourism sectors are associated with a wide range of diverse occupations with multiple human factor requirements. |
