Rezumat | ||||||
The article specifies the completeness of the teacher’s training process components from the perspective of constructivist and competence pedagogy with arguments for the need to promote the strategy for assisted learning and evaluation in online conditions, a strategy aimed at formative and holistic assessment of students’ achievements of learning tasks in each topic/module of the UPS „I. Creangă” Master’s Program in Educational Management, using specific assessment criteria. In this context, learning is understood, approached, researched and practiced as a progressive transformation of behavior in interaction with knowledge objects and life situations, which imprints a creative learning, creative thinking that results in learning products percieved as a „result”, that expresses a „purpose”, „the result of an experience ”,“ value”. |
