In this article was demonstrated that the synthesized compound (Z)-1-(2,4dichlorophenyl)-5-methyl-2-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)hex-1-en-3 -on has a high inhibitory ability against the causative agent of grape canker, caused by fungi of the species Gloeosporium ampelophagum. Studies were carried out in vitro, and the activity of the drug was compared with the activity of propiconazole and cuprox. The activity of the test substance was 99.5% when using the drug at a concentration of 0.05%, which allows us to recommend it for use in agriculture as a fungicide. |
