Rezumat

The European Union considers human rights to be universal and indivisible. The EU actively promotes and defends them, both internally and in relations with countries outside its borders, including contributing to the development of the education system. The Eastern Partnership (EPA) is the European Union's initiative to develop and deepen relations with the states of the former Soviet Union, namely: Belarus, Ukraine, the Republic of Moldova, Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan. The idea of launching the program came from Poland and Sweden, which, based on their own experience of internal reform of the national economy and politics, defined the provisions of the partnership, pointing out the aims and objectives of this program. The purpose of this paper is to raise awareness of the importance of the Eastern Partnership in terms of initiatives implemented at local and national level that contribute to the Europeanization of the Republic of Moldova. Research methods used or based on the study of various projects implemented, scientific papers of local and foreign authors, observation, analysis of researched material and conclusion. Studying this subject is of great value to people, as lately Europeanization in the current context plays a very important role.
